My name is Steve, but most call me Woz,

I'm from Central Michigan along the Lake Michigan shore line, great place to be a week end tourist.
I've been grillin' and slow cookin' for many years, and the wife and I just love it. As do the kids who are all moved out now. I just found this forum and I like it already. Just a wealth of knowledge here. I've been reading the BBQ Brethern and the KC BarBQ forums for a long time and I think that this forum has a lot more info on a lot more different areas. That's way cool in my book. I'm not much on chattin' on the internet, but I sure do enjoy reading what others have to say. I'm also into wood carving and camping which gives ya something to do while the smoker is workin' its magic.
