I would wash it in the dish washer (or wash it with really hot water) then season it, ie get it med hot then wipe down with oil and let heat for 4-5 mins…..then let cool.Alright,help me out guys.
I bought a griddle to replace a GreenPan that seemed to stick a lot.
I’ve not had any better luck with the HC.
I always pre-oil, keep at med to med-hi (induction), it does not heat evenly across the griddle.
What should I do differently?
Then when using pre-heat dry then wipe with oil or butter before. Be heavy on the butter or oil for the first couple of times after.
