Bear, You are most welcome ,your roe reminds me of the perch roe sacs my Dad would fry up when we were kids. Egg battered and rolled in crushed corn flakes and then into the hot oil.

My Mother used to roll Roe in cornmeal too.
Loved it.
When I was a Teenager, I used to shoot 19" to 22" Suckers, with Bow & Arrow.
Then I stripped the egg sacks out to fry, and give the bodies to my Grandpop.
He'd Rototill the Bodies into his Veggie Garden.
