Hi All! Just joined today. South central Indiana born and raised but my heart is in SC. My husband and I have been backyard smokers for about 5 years. Started to take it more seriously the last 2 years. I make a mean rub and am working on perfecting a perfect sauce for pork and chicken. Trying to get some good recipes, tips, and ideas on great BBQ restaurants to visit while traveling to SC and FL.
