Thanks nothing smoked yet will try to do some Jerky this weekend, would like for him to be in there smoking right now smoking but I have a little longer to get him.

Elk season is done here except Muzzleloader and late archery (BRRRRRR) but whitetail for me will stay open till Dec. 20 if I can get my bow unfrozen to shoot that time of yr. But ALWAYS hunting for the Keystalops, (Keystone beverages) and am usually able to bag a couple of them LOL Thanks guys hope to get some pics of the Jerky or sausage this weekend.
 
Great build, I'm a little envious, but I can DREAM!  Looking for some excellent results in Q-view in the future. 
 
Looks great just don't know about having that plastic cord in there while smoking, the main reason why I went with an Old Smokey element in mine.
