Help with ET-73

I'm not sure how to shut off the alarm and reset if the smoker goes above or below the max/min temps.

I think by pressing the "smoker hi/hr" and or "food hi/clear" buttons it will reset and you can then reprogram it. If you only want to turn off the alarm the press the "start/stop" button.

For the ET-7 models you just raise the desired up past the actual current temperature to stop the alarm.
