Hi Everyone,
I have been lurking here for about 2 years, and finally joined yesterday.
I live in the Chicago area and have been smoking for about a year.
I was gifted an ECB and shortly afterwards, purchased a Dyna-Glo cabinet smoker which I use most of the time now.

I look forward to the continued guidance I have received and passing on what I have learned so far!
