New guy here. First I just want to say thanks for the knowledge I have gained lurking on here for the last year or so. I have a few questions now, and feel I might be able to help some other people in the process, so I joined up. Anyway, I've got a Weber 22 kettle and an 18 wsm equipped with the flame boss 200 wifi... makes it almost too easy. I feel I can turn out some decent q, or at least that's what the family and friends tell me, but as we all know, we are never done learning, perfecting the art of cooking.
