  Hello all, my name is Charlie and am new to this site. I am living in Alberta Canada..

 I have a few smokers, Bradleys, An old freezer set up for bigger things,  and have been doing so for awhile but am always looking for new ideas, help, and advice. I found this site in researching smokehouse ideas and have a ton of questions. I love smoking meats, my family hunts, so we butcher our own meats and have been making sausage for about 10 years. That was a big learning curve and we are continually learning and experimenting hence the need for a smokehouse. Looking forward to asking questions and getting peoples inputs of all kinds. Hopefully able to contribute something as well. Thx. all
