Getting my first smoker tomorrow for Father's Day (Oklahoma Joe Highlander) and stumbled upon this board reading reviews on it. Hoping to pick some brains this summer when I start smoking. Thanks for the welcome.

After seasoning for a couple of hours I threw some sweet potatoes,veggie and steaks on the grill nothing special. Will try smoking a brisket in a couple of weeks.
