I'm Sondra, from Michigan. Not new to BBq, or Smoking but after the 6 slabs I did for Mermorial Day I need a break from Charcoal and wood chips! So I bought a MES 30, Yay me! Seasoned it yesterday and I am ready to go! I am very interested in fish smoking. Thanks all!
