Hi

   Been checking this site out for years but just making a sign in name now.  Born and raised in south Louisiana and have two smokers (Char Griller and Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker). A few other things I enjoy besides smoking is family life, fishing and cooking. Half of what I smoke goes to make jambalayas , stews, spaghettis, gumbos, etc..  You can't beat that smoke taste.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Welcome neighbor.

I am from the N.O area and also have fire smoker and an electric.

After using the electric models for the last 15 years, I wanted something that needed a little attention.

Watching an electric smoker do it's thing will put you to sleep.

Just checking in this am to see what people are cooking to day, can't make up my mind what I want to smoke.

This was a few weeks back.
