Hi my name is Javier I'm from Brownsville,TX and I use a vision grill kamado to smoke and grill. I just bought a 3lb brisket just for my wife and me. How long should I smoke it for?

Hello and welcome to the site. I am assuming you bought a flat, at 225º somewhere around 4.5 to 5 hours  Here are a couple of links I posted on briskets that may help
