Hello everyone!  I am a newbie to smoking!  Just got a MES 30" smoker.  We are from Wisconsin.  I must say there is so much infomation on here and it is just amazing.  We can't wait to try things and so good to know that help is so close by for ideas, etc.  Renee'

Hi Renee and welcome to our forum, from Oklahoma. I have a MES 40 and have been using it for about 5 years without any problems. I hope you enjoy yours as much as I have mine.
