Hello!  I am Belle and live in Dickson, Tennessee, not too far from Nashville.  I just graduated from a Little Chief to a propane-fueled, Master Forge Double Door smoker.  Yes!  It's my Christmas present from hubby and I am thrilled.  I got it yesterday and hubby has put it together already,  I'm going to make a prime rib for the Holidays, so I need to get the thing seasoned and tested. I have already found a few prime rib recipes that look great.  I really am "such a nut" - at least that is what they tell me.  Anyway - hello everyone!

Welcome aboard Belle!  This is the best place I know for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here, and just ask when you need anything...someone here will surely have the answer.
