Have an upright smokie mountain and a small electric.
Used the electric for some chicken, bolonia and cheese the other day.
When smoking the cheese the outside temps didn't get as cold as the weatherman assumed.
The cheese disfigured but tasts great. May use it for cooking not giveaways.
Now I covered the bolonia with mustard and smoked with hickory and that is great!
