Hello everyone! My name is Craig and i live in the lowcountry of SC. I'm a total rookie at this smoking stuff. I've been doing a good bit of grilling the past year or so using wood I've harvested from my land and am now ready to step up to slow smoking. I've been working on building a smoker and am nearing completion. I look forward to sharing pics and stories with you all. I've already seen some amazing looking pieces of meat that some of you have cooked. i can't wait to start smoking!
