Hello World!

My name is Troy, I live in Denver and I'm about to be 46.

I just recently started looking in to the smoker thing... at first thinking I would build a trash can smoker...mostly because I like to make stuff, LOL.

My wife has convinced me I can spend $150 or so on a smoker and that she would really rather I didn't pick up another project. ;-P

Sooooo... plug and play now and Mod later. ;-P

I just recently looked up what a "Fatty" was.... now THAT sounds good, LOL!

Anyway, hello and thanks for the all the info I've already learned reading through here, AND in advance for your patience with all my newbie question!
