I'm a new guy located in central Florida.
My young lovely spouse and I have always kept a Brinkman electric around for smoking holiday turkey. When the last one started showing it's age, we picked up a 30" Masterbuilt. The possibilities get more interesting once you can control the temperature.
I found this forum while chasing cold smoke generator reviews. I do like the place, it's full of good information and members that seem to cluster a couple of standard deviations off the mid point.
After much lurking, I signed on. A while later, I got around to reading Stuff for New Members and found out I was supposed to do this.
