I have a ? I have been smoking BBQ pork chicken turkey haven't tried a brisket yet gonna try just not sure about time and best way to smoke I use wood and charcoal I am also in process of building a new smoker it's a wood burning fridge smoker not sure how it's gonna turn out I've seen most using pellet or electric I will post pics as I go along because I do have a few ?s thanks in advanced
 
Welcome to the group.

If you can smoke the other items, you can definitely doa brisket.

225-250, with oak, pecan, or hickory smoke, let it smoke until you reach an internal temp of 190+, wrap in foil, wrap it in a few towels, out it into an empty ice chest, let it rest for 30 minutes to a couple of hours, open it up and enjoy!

Now, how much time will it take?  Until it's done, you really can't time big meat smokes...
