Hi all. I have been grilling for years, have used my grill for smoking meats (usually ribs) for some time with moderate to better than moderate success. Last year I built a trashcan smoker, but used the wrong container. So I finally built me a new one properly and have good success with it. I live in Boise, Idaho. I am interested in new recipes and experimenting with them. I look forward to speaking with all of you.
