Hello...new to smoking...

Hello all, just stumbled across this site while searching for some smoking receipes. I'm completely new to smoking and just picked up a Masterbuilt electric smoker this afternoon. I'm eager to get started and learn as much as possible.

In my excitement, I alreadly posted a thread before posting in Roll Call.

welcome to SMF. i use a horizontal offset, so i can't help you with the eletric. if you have any specific questions, just ask and you will get an answer shortly.
