I came across the Smoking Meat Forum a couple weeks ago when looking for reviews of budget electric smokers.  For the last few years I've been using a Weber Smokey Joe with a stock kettle and a couple extra grates.  I've decided I wanted something easier to use:  I work nights and need something that will smoke meat while I'm sleeping.  Tonight I placed orders for a Masterbuilt 20070910 30-Inch and a A-MAZE-N-SMOKER 6X6.  I will most likely be using this combo for the first time in a couple weeks...maybe on ribs, perhaps pulled pork?
