I've been smoking for 7 years and I'm still in love with the process! I live in Pennsylvania USA, and use a homemade smoker I made from scrap metal at work. I will be posting a lot of my success and of course my failures. I hope we can all learn from each other and push the flavor envelope as far as we can!
