Ive been sitting back for a while reading this forum and finally joined. I'm from Granger, Wyoming which is a couple hours East of the Utah border in South West Wyoming. I live right in the middle of some of the best antelope, deer and elk hunting in the mid west and I'm tired of my butcher bill so here I am. I just started purchasing all my equipment for this new task and 99% of my info for purchases came off here so thanks to all of you. In my area your allowed 5 antelope each a year and we like to take advantage of that right, so naturally I end up having a ton of summer sausage made every year, which is why I'm here!
