Just a quick intro.
I have always enjoyed cooking. Most of it in a kitchen and the occasional straight up grilling.
Also, I get creative with food on backcountry wilderness backpacking and paddling trips. For this style, I use my dehydrator a lot.
I have stepped up my game considerably when it comes to grilling and embraced some of the new technologies. So much so, that I bought a new grill and decided it needed a home off the side of my patio.
Looking forward to new ideas and learning new things. I have heard good things about this forum and poking around a bit...I like it.

Welcome! And that's a sweet looking set up! I plan on having a little hooch like that at our camp.

Nice set up, well for a cheesehead. 🤣. Welcome from Minnesota. You'll learn a ton of stuff here and run into a lot of enablers (you'll see what I mean soon enough). Also around here, if there isn't pictures, it didn't happen.

Now, I've been a good boy.....lately!

Welcome from California. You'll get a lot of great advice on SMF. It's a super site. But be aware.....the pictures will leave you wanting to make things that may not be good for the waistline. :emoji_wink:

Nice inviting setup. I'm guessing that photo wasn't taken yesterday.

Welcome from a Minnesota that migrates south for the winter.

I don't need much encouragement. It was -4* with a -24* wind chill on Thanksgiving when I was out doing my turkey in that little shack.
A little rough getting my unit to respond, but it worked.

Winter months bring some fun challenges when it comes BBQ or smoking outside in the Midwest. I enjoy it, keeps things interesting so to speak.

Welcome from another Iowan! Glad ya joined us! It's a great place with lots of knowledgeable people in many areas! Really nice back yard you have!

So I see you're comfortable with pizza and barbecue, but how are your skills in terms of something like Albanian cuisine?

Oh, and howdy sir!

Welcome from another Wisconsinite. This place is a wealth of knowledge.

We may need to arrange a gathering of us someday.

From what I see, it is best eaten alone on the back or front porch, just before entering a demolition derby on one's own driveway.
