Hello all, I've been using Jeff's Rib Rub for like a year now and absolutely love it. I also use the amazin dust product to cold smoke just about everything. My favorite smoked food is cheese. I have an electric smoker that I use quite regularly. I'm looking forward to learning lots from all the smoking guru's here. Nice to meet ya'll, Chris
