Hello from West Fargo, ND

    (Not so new) New member here....

    I have been following this site for a couple years reading/using the recipes and all the useful topics but have never officially done "Roll Call" or made any posts. 

    I'm Josh from West Fargo, ND.  I have been experimenting with curing and smoking meats for about 10 years but am still a rookie compared to a lot of the members here.  I started with a Big Chief, moved up to a propane Landmann before finally buying a 30" MES.  I have done a lot of sausages, jerky, ribs and roasts but as of last weekend I began my first attempt at some bacon and will be starting a Pork Loin Ham tonight.

    I lived in Fargo/West Fargo for 23 years and have 2 sons that graduated/wrestling for The Packers!

    I'm New also to the site...up in north Fargo. ...

    I am trying to build a smoker out of a fridge...not going so well.
