 I am fairly new to smoking and absolutely love this site.The information here is SUBSTANTIAL to say the least. I own the large Masterbuilt elec. smoker and currently have on a 9 1/2 lb. pork but going as I type. I also just orderd the a-maze-n pellet box( thanx to this site) to start to to do some cold smoking. If your in the Oly. area of Wa. and looking for some BBQ partners shoot me a message.
