Hi,

New member from DC, primarily cook on my Pit Barrel Cooker, also have a Brinkman Vertical Charcoal (modified), and a charbroil horizontal, a Charbroil gas, and a Normal weber.

Have done pork ribs, butts, tri-tips, chicken, turkey, fish, abt's, veggies, and other typical stuff... I enjoy trying new recipes and learning new techniques.

I've lurked around here for a while, figured I should probably set myself up as a user...

Happy New Year!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
