Hello from Wallingford, CT!

Hello everyony Big Biscuit here. I started off smoking on a chargriller pro then moved onto my 18" wsm and now I've added an akorn grill. I enjoy bbqing for my family and friends any chance I can get. This forum looks like the real deal and I can't wait to start digging into the archives. Here are a few pics from my last smoke.

Heading up to Wallingford this weekend to visit some friends and catch the Yale/Brown game on Sat in New Haven (even though none of us went there) for an excuse to do some tailgating.

Really not sure. I believe they were simply packaged as beef back ribs.
