I'm excited to start smoking! Just purchased a Masterbuilt electric smoker, picking up tomorrow. What started me down the path of smoking? 1. Brother-in-law from Texas living with us last summer and got me going in a better direction with BBQ and recently learning a lot from him about smoking.
2. Don't laugh, the Paleo diet! Meat, meat, and more meat.
3. Electric, simply for convenience.
