Hey y'all, I'm Ryan from Crosby,TX. I love my lawn and some good bbq. I'm a newb to smoking, but not grilling in general. We just purchased a home and the previous owners left this big offset smoker. I'm sure it's a custom job on account of the leaks this thing has lol. I'll be digging around trying to figure out how to seal this thing up best. In the mean time I've already got a charcoal basket made of expanded metal and working on a baffle.

I'm going to attempt a brisket Saturday for my daughters birthday party. Hopefully it turns out well.
