Hello from TN!

Hey guys, I found this site a couple months ago and could not believe the wealth of information. My name is Edward (friends call me Ned) and I'm a farmer from Sherwood, Tennessee. I grow a lot of my own food, and try to buy as much as I can from other local farmers. Maybe its just me, but I think local food taste better. I have a Traeger 075, Holland Grill, and a solid aluminum PK Grill I found at a yard sale for $7.  I've been grilling and smoking for a while now, I would like to get into competition BBQ, and possibly catering one day.
