Greetings all From Green Bay WI.
I have been looking around this site for at least a month or two thought it was time to signup. I am a Profesional Chef for Hinterland Brewery(hinterlandbeer.com) here in Green Bay. I smoke meats both at work and home currently I use a MES 40 at work and a MES 30 at home. I just received a ANMPS today and am excited to try it out on my next smoke! I would also like to thank Todd for the extra 4 pounds of oak pellets(free) and speedy shipping. I have 15 years of experiance cooking and am always learning more everyday. I have been smoking meat seriously for only about six months and have already learned a lot but I am no pitmaster. I also do a lot of grilling and by a lot I mean 5-7 days a week. At work I stand over a Aztec(brand) wood fired grill we use a mix of oak and a lil natural hardwood chacoal to keep her rollin. At home I use a Weber Genesis that I have a few smoke boxes for works great for quick smoking Poblanos or just crankin out dinner for the fam on the fly.
