new to the site. have tried a few sausage recipes and done some back bacon, today im smoking regular bacon for the 1st time. I LOVE MY MASTERBUILT DIGITAL SMOKER... using the smoke generator and i even adapted a length of tubing to keep the smoke real cold for my cold smoking. looking forward to learning and sharing with everyone. moose season is upon us here and i have been playing with moose garlic sausage. will keep everyone posted on how i make out
