Hey Joey. Welcome to SMF. I am in Cali as well up in the sierra's near Tahoe.

Sounds like a good collection of smokers. I have a customer RF smoker that I built and I would recommend whatever you get if its a stick burner get a reverse flow one. I think they cook better IMO.
