Hi SMF,

I'm new as a member but I've been reading the public SMF posts for a year now.  I figured I might as well join.  I hope to learn and share from you guys, especially tips about cooking at altitude.  I'm a 5400 feet above sea level and our water boils at 202 degrees (10 degrees cooler) and it changes BBQ smoking times considerably.  Our thin mountain air also changes the way that pits will draft.

In any case, happy to be here, and I hope to stay connected with the BBQ community!!!
