Hello from the great white north!

G'day all, from Winnipeg, Manitoba  up here in freezing Canada. Recently picked up a second smoker a 30" master built sportsman elite. Plan on smoking fish, ribs, jerky and would like to try some roasts. Got the insulated one to use here in the winter time as my true north smoker just wont hold the heat. Looks forward to learning lots from this forum. Have a great day
