Hey all. I'm a fairly new smoker, but completely addicted already. I started with a cheap electric Brinkmann, moved up to a Camp Chef Woodwind which I have pretty well tuned in so far. My latest buy is a home-made reverse flow stick burner on a trailer. Looking forward to learning and perfecting the craft.

Thanks,
Sam

Hope you like and enjoy the reverse flow as much as I do mine. Smoke meat excellent!

Good morning and welcome to the forum from a cloudy, windy and warm day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about everything.
