I'm sure there's not too many Yankees on here so I figured I'd join up. Not a ton of experience smoking, just some ribs and a few Boston Pork Butts. Looking to do more. I have 50 guests coming this weekend, looking for some ideas. Almost done finisihing up my new pizza oven/fireplace/smoker. Just need to finish up the details, but she's functional. Any help would be great.
