Hey everyone. Getting ready to smoke with the new 40 MES with AMNPS in the next week here in San Antonio. I understand its by no means the perfect smoker but you can't beat the convenience, which is worth its weight in gold. I have enjoyed learning from everyone's experience here thus far. If anyone in the SA area has any good meat market/butcher shops in SA please let me know.
