Hello all!

Just ordered the Masterbuilt 30 for Father's Day. Super-excited to get it. I've been watching tons of youtube videos, and now exploring the forums. I guess the only question I have is the sourcing of the meat, do you all hit up Sam's Club, etc. Or is it worth going to local meat markets, etc? Thanks!
