Hello folks, I have been looking around here for a few days now and really like the info found here. I have been cooking for years, but have decided to make the jump to making sausage and such. Looking forward to using all the real life info here.I have been using the Cadillac Cooker for around 3 years as an upgrade from my homemade stuff i had.
