Hello all,

My name is Scott, from St. Paul, MN. I have been on the site lurking for a few months. Getting into for a smoker purchase that I wanted to make this spring.

A family member gave me a used Charbroil Smoker from a rental property that was left behind. This was not the kind I was going to get. But I am up for the challenge.

So i know I have a thing or 10 to learn!
