Hello everyone! Checking in from St. Louis, MO. I am brand new to smoking, just got a cheap offset Char-Griller to learn and play on at first. I am planning on doing some chicken on Sunday as my first smoke!
Other things about me:married for 8 years, have three beautiful girls and an unknown baby on the way in Nov. I love hiking, working out, sports, and photography. I live in the city and work with urban youth. And I have had lunch with Sweet Baby Ray three times, that was kind of cool! Anyway I look forward to learning the craft of smoking!
