Currently have a Brinkmann electric smoker and looking to get an Oklahoma Joe Highland reverse flow unit when the price comes down thru the holiday’s and they are. My wife and I do a pretty good job smoking brisket and baby back ribs but we are always open to new ideas and looking forward to picking peoples brains on here for info. Thanks for having us.
