I picked one up yesterday. It looked the same on the outside but a little different on the inside.

Both are normal. They are just different varieties. I have also seen them with yellow insides.

5 minutes ago my niece found the container. It is likely gone by now.

I went to my local Mexican grocery store today and was about to pick up another Dragon Fruit, Red with white flesh when something caught my eye. A yellow Dragon Fruit with white flesh. I didn't know this variety existed. It was expensive at $10.99/LB but I had to try it out. I picked out a small but ripe one.

Another thing caught my eye that I had never seen. Mango Tierno. I bought a dozen and after a little searching it translates to baby mango. They are picked way before ripeness and are tart and similar to cucumber in texture. I thought my wife and niece might like them.

Another "interesting" fruit is durian.

IF you can get past the smell. Which is a highly pungent cross between rotten onion an stale gym socks. But it is very sweet, an creamy melt in your mouth. the taste reminded of a bit like bananna, an lemon with a soft creamy sherbet texture.
