Hello from southern New Jersey.

I' ve been smoking meet with a smokey mountain propane smoker for about 5 years now.

 I always wanted to build an old refrigerator smoker .

As I was cruising the internet for some ideas, I stumbled over this sight. WOW

 It was like I hit the motherload of great smoking brainstormers.

 I have the best time reading the posts for the last 2 days.

 Thanks, I am sure I will be on here all the time .

And hope I can contribute some of my thoughts too.
