Hello from southern Indiana

I live in southern Indiana and have used a brinkman smoker for many years but wanted to get a bigger smoker so I bought a char griller pro with a sidefirebox I have made a few mods to it and am starting to get the hang of it as I use it more than my gas grill now I love it. My family is the guniea pigs on all the new stuff I try.
